In the midst of political turmoil in the Assam Assembly elections, the Election Commission has banned the campaigning of BJP leader and Minister Himanta Viswa Sarma for 48 hours. The Election Commission has taken this action on behalf of Himanta Biswa Sarma's statement on BPF leader Hagrama Mohilary. Now there has been a reaction from the Congress on this action. Like Himanta Viswa Sarma, the Congress has demanded a ban on BJP leaders including PM Modi, Amit Shah in Bengal as well.
असम विधानसभा चुनाव में सियासी गहमागहमी के बीच चुनाव आयोग ने बीजेपी नेता और मंत्री हिमंता विस्व सरमा के 48 घंटे के लिए प्रचार करने पर रोक लगा दी है. चुनाव आयोग ने हिमंता बिस्व सरमा की ओर से बीपीएफ नेता हाग्रामा मोहिलरी पर दिए बयान को लेकर यह एक्शन लिया है. अब इस कार्रवाई पर कांग्रेस की तरफ से रिएक्शन आया है. कांग्रेस ने हिमंता विस्व सरमा की तरह पीएम मोदी, अमित शाह समेत बीजेपी नेताओं पर बंगाल में भी बैन लगा लगाने की मांग की है.
